Hurd empowers employees to champion what matters most to them—starting with climate action. We're building a global movement inside the workplace, helping employees take action, share their stories, and inspire change. Every click, every share, every small step is adding up to something bigger.

**170+** microlearning lessons launched, with curated content for every role and sector

## **Our global reach is growing fast**

We’re on a mission to empower **220,000 employees by the end of 2026**, through a commitment recognised by the Clinton Global Initiative.

Our users come from every continent. A third are from the Global South. Whether they work in HR, operations, marketing or manufacturing, they’re using Hurd to make their work more sustainable.

Engagement with bite-sized games like **Hurdle** and **Biodiversity Burst** turns curiosity into confidence

## **A voice for employees**

Our anonymous review feature helps employees share their experience of trying to act on sustainability at work. These reviews create sector-level scores and surface barriers, ideas, and success stories that would otherwise remain hidden.

Every review helps companies understand what’s working and where they can do better. It’s employee feedback—evolved.
